A Clinical Dental Technician is a registered dental professional qualified to work directly with patients to provide and fit dentures and other removable dental appliances.
Unlike a traditional dental technician, a CDT combines clinical knowledge with in house laboratory expertise, allowing treatment to be planned, created and fitted by the same professional.
CDTs are regulated by the General Dental Council and work to strict ethical and professional standards.
